Working alongside some of the industry’s strongest, cycle-proven management professionals and asset managers, Norman has transformed Avalair Group from a startup success story to a national example of outstanding asset maximization. Norman was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He currently resides in Lakewood, NJ with his wife and 7 boys. In his spare time, he serves as a foundational member of community efforts through various charitable endeavors.

Dore Krankel serves as Tower Advisor’s managing director. Prior to Tower Advisor, she spent over 12 years as vice president at one of the largest wireless acquisition firms in the United States. There, she was responsible for management, origination, site acquisition and business development in the entire Northeast region. Dore also served as a property specialist for Sprint PCS, where she led the identification, negotiation and project management for new Sprint leases in the New York City market. Her experience in wireless development and origination empower her to advocate for the rights and values of Tower Advisor property owners.

Norman Marinoff is Tower Advisor’s vice president and lease consultant. Before Tower Advisor, he spent eight years at one of the largest wireless acquisition firms in the United States. There, he earned accolades as one of the firm’s top contributors for wholesale origination, site acquisition, and business development in the Tri-State area. Before that, Norman founded his career in wholesale mortgage lending, focusing on origination and securitization. Norman’s wireless and lending background enables him to negotiate the best terms for Tower Advisor property owners.

For over a decade, Mark Landsman’s underwriting skills and sharp eye for financial opportunity has made him one of the most respected professionals in the industry. Previously, he worked as a real estate manager and as assistant to the president of acquisitions of a local real estate team, where he built a skillset that would prove to be an invaluable contribution to his future success. In 2015, Mark Landsman joined Avalair as our vice president of mergers and acquisitions. With his efficiency, thoroughness, and extensive experience in acquisitions procedures, Mark ensures the smooth and timely closing of all of our transactions. More than anyone else in our firm, Mark is the person whose blessing supports the signatures on the dotted line.

As a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions department, Martin Zaks manages a multitude of Avalair properties, projects, and relationships. He works at lightning speed to optimize every asset to the benefit of all stakeholders. His creative mind and passion for innovation infuses the Avalair portfolio with continuous advancement—driving our potential forward.

Amy Kornwasser serves as a wireless consultant and real estate specialist for Tower Advisor. Previously from Actovia, a commercial real estate intelligence company, her expertise includes a successful term as vice president of sales and marketing. With her passion for finding income for her clients, Amy grew Actovia from startup to maturity. Amy grew up in Chicago, Illinois and recently relocated to New Jersey together with her husband and children. Today, she utilizes that same intensity - along with her many years of real estate experience - to construct profitable deals for all her clients.
